ISIS Militants Organized Public Executions in the City of Dayr Hafir

Syrian bomb-disposal units have started work in the city of Dayr Hafir. Recently, this settlement was liberated from the forces of ISIS (banned in Russia). The terrorists set up their own law and order in the city, which included regular cruel massacres of inhabitants. VGTRK correspondent Mikhail Fedotov reports on how people lived under Islamist rule. Dayr Hafir is a settlement which is just 50 kilometers away from Aleppo. It has recently been freed of militants. And everywhere you turn, evidence of the radicals' atrocities. In the main square of Dayr Hafir, the terrorists beheaded or crucified people right on these iron bars. Militants killed those residents of the city who, in their opinion, didn’t properly follow religious rules. That is, those who refused to wear beards or smoked, for example. Women were also killed if they were not properly dressed. Death sentences were announced in this room. This was the so-called militants' Sharia court. Here, in these cells, they held those sentenced to death. As the refugees from Dayr Hafir say, The terrorists forced all the people to go to the main square. I, personally, hid my children during those days when they held mass killings. That is because the terrorists forced even the smallest of the children to witness the atrocities they had arranged. Dayr Hafir was under the control of the militants for almost 3 years. The terrorists managed to build not only defensive structures, but also infrastructure facilities. Under this bridge, the militants established a military field hospital. The walls are decorated with surahs from the Koran, and the black flag of ISIS (forbidden in Russia) is in the middle. Inside, it is completely unsanitary: dirty mattresses lay on the floor, as well as scattered surgical instruments. It was a hospital for ordinary soldiers. The conditions, as you can see, are terrible. Here, we found medicines from western, and some Arab countries. In the near future, EOD specialists will begin working in Dayr Hafir. After they clear all streets and houses of mines, refugees will be able to return to the city.
